As a new mom trying to lose the baby weight after two back-to-back pregnancies, I inserted myself into regular fitness programs. What did I find? Cardio can be so draining and time consuming, but you and I both know you don't have the extra time and your kids have allllll the extra energy! So no more cardio "sessions." I show you how to use THEIR energy ;) In this video lesson and worksheet, I teach you how to get an effective cardio session (how to move effectively & easily) without having to distract your kids. We turn cardio into an activity with them. You get your heart rate up & burn fat, they burn energy and feel your active attention = win-win.

Diets are stressful, meal plans are a hassle, and food is yummy. Right? So, I will never tell you to completely restrict a food that you love or follow anything that you can't see yourself doing long term. You can, however, use a few little hacks to clean up your eating routine and hit your goal even faster. In my night snacking training, I talk you through a step-by-step way to "quit" snacking on junk in the evenings & how to deal with stress eating. I am also giving you my PDF night snacking guide and a few handy recipes and info-graphics to make this super-clear & help you slim down without so much effort! Mom-hacks work, big plans don't.
Okay, seriously, what's included?
- Bi-Weekly Goal Setting Workshops: You will receive the brainstorm sheet for this as soon as you register. Step 1: you brainstorm and send me your sheet or notes. Step 2: listen into the workshop as we go through your goal and plan, we talk it out together so you're super clear! We start by considering your long-term goal, how you want to feel & any scale goals, then break them into two-week goals to hit. This is where we figure out what will work in YOUR real life. These trainings will be live on May 13, 27 and June 10, where you can also ask questions and watch other mama's be coached!
- 3 Bi-Weekly Training Plans: You will have four workouts , complete with instructional videos, structured for your mom-bod to get you to your goals. These will each include a Yoga-Inspired Tabata set, set of two strength exercises, followed by a core finisher. These workouts are each between 10-15 minutes long and can be adapted to your level and time constraints. Every two weeks we will evaluate where you are at and adjust as you get stronger! (Plus the Bonus Core Tightener Workout in here, too! My fav core moves compiled to tighten & tone.)
- Supplementary Lessons: To kickoff on May 6, I will train you on how to chain your exercise to your kids' routine. On top of this, I always over-deliver to my clients - you have my word, if there is anything else that is unclear or needs a push, I will add it in - be that a PDF, worksheet, audio or video training.
