I am telling you, I've been there. Can't get child care or out to go to a gym. Working out at home = interruptions for yogurt, diapers and fixing toys. Well, no more. 

After two babies in less than a year and a half, I had 40 extra pounds to lose and no time - add lack of sleep and I was in no position to be feeling strong, let alone sexy, again.
