Return Policy. 3 Week Partial Refund
If at any point in your first 21 days of access to a Kay Savard program you decide that the purchased program isn’t for you, you can request a refund for the program content you have not been given access to provided you have done the work in the first two weeks of content.
Note that no refunds or termination of a payment plan will be accepted after the 21 day money back guarantee window and you are responsible to remit the full enrollment fee. The 21 Day period begins the day you are emailed the Prep Week content.
How to Request For a Refund:
When you email support@kaysavard.com to request a refund you must provide the following completed work in order for your refund to be accepted.
You will receive an email after your work is reviewed letting you know that your refund has been approved. Refunds will be given for the program content not yet accessed, amounting to 75% of the program cost being refunded.
Lifetime Access. Upon enrolment, you will receive lifetime access to all of the program content. As you download your content, we recommend that you save them in a secure drive that you can easily refer back to.
All program clients are also welcomed into the Facebook group for life. In this group, you will have access to all updated files, units and posts. You will also have lifetime access to all of the live coaching that will take place in this group. We encourage you to participate in discussions, share victories, and ask questions as they arise while completing your program content and beyond completion.
Call Cancellation. Any one-on-one or small group calls will be scheduled based on client and coach availability. Twenty-four (24) hour notice of rescheduling or cancellation is required; up to two reschedulings of the call, after which the call will be considered forfeited.
In the case of a missed one-on-one or small group call, without twenty-four hour notice, the call will not be rescheduled and will be considered forfeited.
Should the coach require rescheduling the same courtesy of twenty-four (24) hour notice will be given to all clients on the call.
Decline Payment. If at any point you default on a payment you will be notified immediately. You will have 72-hours to rectify the default and bring your account back into good standing. If you fail to rectify the default within 72-hours of being notified your program access will be put on hold and you will be denied all access to program content as well as the Facebook group until your account is brought back into good standing.
Decline Payment on Payment Plans. If you have selected the payment plan option during your purchase you are responsible to complete the payment plan. You cannot stop or cancel your payment plan, all payments in the payment plan must be paid. If a payment is missed, the same process of 72 hours to rectify the situation will be made as explained above.
Customer Service. All questions, comments and inquiries may be sent to the email below. Email inquiries will be responded to within five (5) business days.
Questions or sharing within the Facebook group will be responded to as Kay Savard deems necessary from Monday to Friday. All clients are encouraged to respond to the sharing of other members within the group as they feel inclined to, increasing the participation within the Facebook community.
Feedback. All feedback may be submitted here. You will have the option to be anonymous. We take all criticism constructively and continuously aim to provide the best services for our clients.
