Pre-Work: How to get moving with your kids
- To get you feeling results right away, we change the way you think about cardio by using activities with your kids to get your body moving.
- & decide that you are not available for low-energy anymore; take those “before” measurements & set a clear goal.

Week 1: Water, Water, Workout
- Kickstart your weight loss and patience by giving your body the right amount of water. I will teach you how to make water your sharpest weapon ✌️
- This training program was built just for you! As a mom, I ensure you make the most out of every effort by giving you super effective moves and a training plan that can be tied into your daily duties.

Week 2: Break the Mom-Myth Cycle
- Being a mom is hard. Taking care of everyone and learning how as you go along - that’s tough. This is why we break down the barriers and misconceptions around weight loss and needs for moms - to make this fit your REAL #momlife
- Starting with snacking, we begin making simple swaps to your normal eating habits to truly give your body the energy it needs to get you through the day feeling incredible.

Week 3: Chaining behaviours to beat “willpower”
- Motivation is not reliable. There are days where reality hits and we are tired. That’s ok, though, because in week 3 you will have your routines linked together in a way that pushes you even when you don’t feel like it. 
- Breakfast can seriously make your day. Learning to create a breakfast routine that fuels your body & soul for the day - game changer 🙌 I’ll show you exactly how.

Week 4: Mama needs ME time
- You soooo deserve to relax. Even if it’s only a few minutes each day. Without needing to send the kids away or wait until they’re asleep, I will teach you just how to incorporate some MAMA time into your day. Every flippin’ day. 
- Is dinner time crazy in your home? Ever feel like you cook only to have nobody actually eat it (sometimes including you)? With a few super simple tweaks, you’ll be creating one dinner that will move you toward your weight loss goals, while still giving your family what they need and want.

Week 5: Snacking at night? 
- Night time can lead to so many reasons to eat - emotion, stress, finally relaxing, missed nutrients, just plain being tired... I will teach how to tell if your body actually needs food, and how to fuel your soul without reaching for food when it doesn’t. 
- As your trainer, I also want to push you - at this point in your progress, we assess together where you’re at with your exercise and change up your workouts. Keeping the same effectiveness and structure to be able to break up the moves throughout your routines, we challenge your muscles and really see tightening 💪

Week 6: Embracing the chaos of your life 
- As a mama, you know your days are hectic. I teach you how to take control by checking in on your routines, activities and decide what’s working for you and what isn’t. 
- When it comes to lunch, I have one super simple trick: choices. Explained with many examples and pairings, I give you the tools you need to prepare nutritious lunches for your whole family quickly and with ease. No more decisions, your kids can even take part!

Week 7: Simple steps to preparing habits & food
- Food prep can turn into such a time-consuming #pinterestfail. Instead, I break down just how to turn food prep into a fun (and efficient) activity with your kids. You’ll get a list of examples and ideas, too!
- To turn your learning in the Bootcamp into a lifestyle, you need to make each of these pieces a habit - ones that run themselves. Even on the busy and stressful days. I help you focus on making these behaviours a solid habit so that you can truly continue to live as a fit, sexy and confident mama even as your family grows 😘

Week 8: Willpower & baking take practice
- On those days where you lack sleep or you feel like you just can’t keep up, this lesson will stand out to you most. I teach you how to practice your willpower and create movement toward your goals every flippin’ day. 
- You distract your kids while getting things done often enough, so don’t let baking be one of those things. Taking food prep one step further, I teach you how to turn baking into a craft with your kiddos. & in keeping your weight loss goals moving, I will also give you my go-to swaps and recipes for yummy baked goods your family will love and you can enjoy!

Finish Strong: Creating the sexy mama lifestyle
- As you complete the program, I help you to reflect on your routines, habits and where can continue to grow. You set a new intention & decide to move toward it. 
- To keep up your energy, I also give you all of the nutrition resources in one e-book; I know you’re busy and can’t be looking for these at every meal - keep them close & stay strong.
